As Kratos already pointed out. This will be available in selected markets, partially as a sort of an "apology" for the late launch. For example, in my country the biggest gaming site speculated that the Xbone will be available as soon as spring, maybe even as late as May-June. That's a big middle finger to the Polish gamers and I don't think Fifa will convince anyone but the already convinced to wait that long.


I don't think Fifa will be the free game for people not getting the console in 2013.... fifa is just for preorders this year.... it will be more than likely an MS published title for the delayed region.... you might even be able to choose among a list of MS games....

Nice move by MS but Fifa always has and always will sell more on playstation consoles. So i don't think it's going to win over Europe just like that.

Still a lot of people also buy it on Xbox! It's not that 90% of Fifa-sales are on Playstation.

I believe even MS knows they won´t win Europe initially, especially since they won´t be able to release proparly in all countries. What they hope for is for PS4 not to get an enormous gap.

No, because it's cheaper to get a ps4 and fifa 14, then it is to get an xbox one with fifa 14

Gracious you guys are acting like it's the same experience on both consoles. It's two entirely different platforms. It's not the same as getting one over the other. You all know this and it's silly that it keeps getting repeated.

Was the PS3 $600 when it was rreleased there? Anyone?

Correct, the people who get the console in 2014 get two different 'AAA' games. But they have not made any official announcement yet on what games it could be and if it would be free i think.

Ps4 plus fifa still cheaper. Only good for preorders so it will only help people already getting on getone at launch. This wont do much at all
