I'm thinking that maybe Lightning Returns may do a little better, but I admit that I'm not that confident with that prediction. With that said, I have both games pre-ordered.

Hmm... can I hope they both fail?

I gotta tell you, since the internet is a nest of hate, it actually makes it seem like FFXIII is the most hated game ever, when the majority of people actually enjoyed the game, both in Japan and on the west. I know, crazy, but if the game was truly that despised by most people, it would not get two sequels. And Lightning was voted the best female character of the series in a recent poll in Japan.

@OP, FFX/X-2 will probably outsell LR by a little bit. I wasn't giving two shits about LR btw, until I saw some videos and it convinced me. I'm gonna buy both eventually.

lol, we all know FF12 HD is next. If they ever remake the PSone games it would take a miricle for them not be handheld remakes like FF3,4 on DS and PSP
