Forums - Microsoft - Xbox One: Call of Duty Ghosts getting cloud-powered dedicated servers, console bundle revealed

VG247

Call of Duty: Ghosts on Xbox One will have dedicated servers thanks to the cloud.

Activision confirmed the servers at Microsoft’s pre-Gamescom press event, and showed off a new map called Chasm, set amid a ruined city street. There were dogs, drone choppers, a weird invisibility cloak, guns and men. We didn’t see any lady soldiers this time. There was also a new mode called Blitz shown.

Microsoft also announced a Call of Duty: Ghosts premium console bundle, including an Xbox One, Kinect and the game, along with bonus game content. DLCs will still be timed exclusives. No release date or pricing was confirmed.

That will make a nice dent in the NA market :)

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I hope it comes free with the Xbox One for free.

That green box is ugly. The black one is a lot better.

The Fifa bundle looks better:

Dedi servers only slightly increase my interest in the game itself

Yes sir it sure will! It is their biggest market and if it is available at launch it will give them a HUGE holiday boost as well!

The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence...

I don't like the box colour but this is a smart move by MS.
