The Wii u will have  a bigger library, but with a lot of games that are off the radar, including the Platinum Games titles. This gen the Wii U is looking most likely at 30-40 million in sales the way its selling now. On the other side of the coin the PS4 will have the best launch of any Playstation in history first and third party titles included. The first party games will continue to come in throughout 2014 from Feburary on unlike Nintendo. You do the math.

It wont outsell the Wii U's lifetime, but it will outsell in the last quarter more than the Wii U sold all year, so yes.

Then yes, its kind of obvious with the Wii U's sales Sony will beat their whole 2013 the last three months of the year.

Depends how many PS4s Sony can ship and how early they launch.

But PS4 can definitely beat Wii U 2013.

Yeah... Nintendo just has off the radar titles.  Like Mario, Wii Party, Wii Fit, and Donkey Kong Country.  Totally off the radar.

Add Just Dance to that and it will still have met my sales expectations. Inadequate third party support. I will appreciate Nintendos games, but without going full on casual it will be business at usual for Nintendo.

Care to wager? People forget that COD is launching on the PS4 and Xbox. That only adds to the excitement of a next gen launch in America. Gamescom will make it worse if there are anymore launch games for the PS4 and Xbox from first, second or third party. This is going to be an unbelievable launch for both consoles.
