not going to write an essay like is the norm here, but the 360 and PS3 are practically the same console. pS4 and 180 Bone are looking to be the same way. It seems like any rational person that does not buy both would buy the cheaper PS4. Thank you, and good bye VG obsessd gamers.

That's not to say that PS3 doesn't have its share of high quality indie games. It's a new generation and the indie scene will move to the bigger audience; they don't have a loyalty to Microsoft or a hatred for Sony. Part of the reason we see more Xbox exclsuives on Xbla is because Microsoft won't publish a game that has been on psn first and frankly PSN doesn't have as large of a consumer base. Microsoft's policy on not publishing games that were released on PSN first, as far as I know, is the same (maybe they reversed it as part of their 180), but the market share will probably shift to Sony this generation and it's shortsighted to think that every developer would stick with Xbox when there is a larger audeince elsewhere.

Yes Xbox has more titles in their store, but that's not set in stone for all of eternity and it's not as if devs refuse to publish on Sony platforms. You will still see Xbox One timed exclusives because of Microsfot's policies, but if the PS4 has the larger market, it will also have more games. And as of this point - Sony seems to be the one getting the most indie-dev support.

Thank you, sales reasoning seems to be that what happenned this gen=what is going to happen next gen, even though it's looking to be quite the opposite with Sony and not Microsoft  leading the indie charge this gen (MS did this last gen and it payed off handsomely).

Actually MS for all we know is still going to lead, albiet with less of a gap. Sony has great polocies (which MS matched) and sure they devote more PR time to indie games, but that doesn't mean they have more.

But with the leading XBLA over PSN this gen, and with Xbox 1 being a dev kit in itself, your laugh was still a lie.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Not saying PSN doesn't have great games, just less then XBLA this gen, numerically and critically speaking. Just how it went, don't mean to knock them for it.

But you get certain guys that forget all of that, sweep it under the rug and pretend it never existed, and focus on Sony PR on indie games. Ignoring the relationships that MS has built and that the console itself is a dev kit in itself.....

Don't know if you read the origional post that prompted my response, but there was a nice gif, and a lot of exaggerated laughing, and to me it just screamed "blissful ignorance", like MS didn't wreck Sony on the digital games front and that just because Sony talks and shows what they got and MS didn't, that it means they are a lock to win.

There was a lot of exaggerated laughing because there was a lot of exaggeration in general. I am sorry, but he was 100000000000000%  (i may be missing a few zeros) sure that WiiU and PS4 can't even dream with the amount of indie support X1 is going to get next gen.

I answered hyperbole with hyperbole. Would do it again if you said something on the same level as that.
