Belgium - they speak french
Netherlands - nearly everyone from the netherlands understands german and very much of them speak it, because it's familiar
Switzerland - yes it is a own language, but every german understands swiss and vice versa, at least when it's spoken slowly.
and besides that, pretty much everyone in the EU speaks english on a level which wold be enough for voice commands/kinect.

Underlined: Belgium has a very hard line that devides the country into Dutch and French speakers. They don't necessarily speak both languages.
Bold: Really? To put it bluntly, most of us hate the German language. It may be similar in origin, but 90% of the Dutch people can't understand a word of it because it's grammer makes no sense from our point of view. With a little luck people can read it somewhat, but outside of those living at the border there's very few who actually know enough about the German language to even speak simple words.
Italic: Switzerland doesn't have it's own real language. They indeed either speak German, French or Italian. There's a fourth language too but that's only in a very small territory. This does of course make the language point moot, because Germany, France and Italy are supported, so why not Switzerland? You already have this discussion with others.
I agree on the English part, even if that could be a problem for Mediterranean countries.
