More than half of the people living in Belgium speak Dutch, just saying. Than there is a big part speaking French. In Brussels where I live they speak mostly French but there are a lot of Dutch speakers as well. And there is a part where they speak German. However the internet generation speaks English as well :p
So I don't think that language is the main issue here.
