im going to take a guess and say you can only have 1 mega evo on each team. Also there not going to buff them to Legendary Status (BST 600). I say up there stats sure but the type change and abilities is alot!

Doubtful. Pokemon has never restricted choices. Megas are probably just hard to obtain. Some kind of stone that you get once a game or a really high level to evolve. Something of that nature. Thee probably wont be many mega evolutions either.
