Forums - Nintendo - Stunning New Monster Hunter 4 Trailer

Capcom Japan has uploaded a brand new trailer for the long-awaited Monster Hunter 4 on the Nintendo 3DS. The game is currently scheduled to be released in Japan on September 4th, but there has been no mention of a release for North America or Europe. Hopefully Capcom has an announcement planned for a future Nintendo Direct.

You have to admit even if your not a huge monster hunter fan, that this looks amazing. Cant wait for the western release.

The game is visually impressive.but i wish it was more like zelda. The controls are clunky as hell

I have never played any MH game, but it sure has some incredible visuals.

I guess Capcom really does feel God Eater 2's breath at the back of teir necks.

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

Man.... I love the franchise... it's addicting as hell. I had some epics fights online with my friends. If you had never played any MH before, I strongly suggest you guys to give it a try. It takes a while to get immersed, but once you get the idea, it's really amazing and rewarding.

Maybe someday but Monster Hunter games sell best via handhelds so, they might do a HD version later (they did ports for the last two portable MH games, MHP3 for the PS3 and MH3G/U for the Wii U) but for now, the focus for MH4 is probably to get the traditional portable MH players that will form local teams.

Yeah, a year or two later there will probably be a Monster Hunter 4 Freedom Ultimate Unite Crackerjack edition on Wii U with 50% more content. I'm waiting for that one.
