I renew during the holiday season, I bought a 1tb sata 2.5" HDD for my ps3 to hold the ps+ games and my other purchases already used more than half... After to talking to live chat today and checking my PSN history and gamestop purchases I thought maybe I really didn't purchase it, but my wife and best friend confirmed that I did. One even confirmed the way I did so with out my mentioning, as I called him while or right after adding the 1 year card to my psn. Why the hell would I spend all the money I do on PSN on top of PS+ and renewing earlier than experation to let it lapse for a second? I'm irate about the issue. Sure maybe there was some human error involved in this, but I remember clicking the buttons and inputting the PSN code for my 1 year purchase during the last holiday season (Late DEC early JAN)  

So now my thoughts are if Sony is going to make me pay double for what is 80/20 most likely their mistake why not spend the extra 50 and get an X1 which I know will have better onilne support/matchmaking/cloud processing (for background stuff that can be used to innovate gaming) over the PS4 when Sony has just screwed me out of $50. I mean I spent more than double that on PSN purchases this year already on top of my PS+ purchase.

I talked to live chat today cussed them out before logging off the chat.. will CALL tomorrow.. I'll update with any response, but if they don't do something proper for customer satisfaction I'll be looking at an X1 under my TV very soon instead of a ps4

This game has some really really awesome levels like 6/20 when, the disguise system works properly and sensically. There's many different ways to handle things that are just awesome, and  humorous. Some of my favorite levels in gaming this generation.

There's like 4/20 really bad levels and unfortunately they're at the start so the game gives a terrible first impression. And the Rest are pretty good stealth levels I'd rate 7-8.5 where the disguise system functions but is kinda silly, balance issues...

I loved the game game overall and rate it an 8.5 but it's inconsitent unlike blood money but imo the peaks were better. The story is sleazy and to me amusing though forgettable. I played it on PC... the textures were amazing which is why the files were so big on PC. I'm not sure why they'd be so big here.

How does PS3 equate to PS4? Anyway, enjoy your Xbone. If its about the multiplats then it doesn't matter which console you own.

Their response as of today equates to adding to my previous intention of spending money on a ps4 due to their systems screwing me out of my PS+ 12 addition I made earlier this year (or at the end of last year). 

Therefore if I have to spend already an extra 50 bucks to once again buy my 12 months sub, then I can easily pay an extra 50 bucks for an x1 over a ps4. Due to Sony screwing me out of my 50 bucks I already spent on the sub they didn't recognize or lost in some sort of confusion. If they don't satisfy me as a consumer over their error I have no problem not buying the competitors system over their offering. I've never owned a MS console, but Sony is making that decision a whole lot easier. Again if they do something for me to appease this issue, (either give me my ps+ 1 year I already paid for, or simialr offering) I will not be a satisfied customer and will go with a company that hasn't screwed me over as a console or online service. 

Sony's response in this matter greatly and directly affects my opinion of them at this point in time and negative response will influence me to buy an xWon over the ps4. So yes my PS3 customer satisfaction plays a huge role in whether or not I will buy a PS4.

Did you ask them for your activation date information? It could help.

That's part of the problem it doesn't show up on my PS transactions history... nor on my gamestop history... This was the first time I actaully bought a PS+ card, but I don't remember from where, might have been best buy or target... used gift cards to purchase rather than  bank card...

But I do know that my friend confirmed the form of purchase as a ps+ card as he mentioned it to me on the phone with out me saying how I bought it, just that I remembered calling him while or right after I applied the code. Maybe I quit the ps store before redeeming or quit right after and it didn't register properly. I'm not sure exactly how this error has occurred but my wife also remembered me buying the PS+ 12month thing as well during the past holiday season. I throw those cards away after redeeming so I don't have it anymore. It thoroughly sucks as I don't want to pay twice for something I already bought. I had thought maybe I did forget after talking to the sony rep, but it was confirmed twice with out me trying to convince, or plant seeds of a story, by 2 people. Hopefully when I call Sony tomorrow (in 6 -8 hours) they will work with me on this issue rather than tell me I'm screwed out of the money I already spent...

I know for a fact that when you make purchases by card to your PS3, I get a reciept. They must have some records. I get my bill sent back to email.

Ive never played a Hitman game before, is Splinter Cell a good comparison? I liked those games back on GC.
