Glorious! Well-deserved for the best 3DS title of 2013.

Metallica not that bad either :)

As much as I enjoy the side view shots of AA5, the frontal ones could use a bit more work.

Wrights frown looks like something you'd see from one of those angry darumas.

That's a screenshot from TGS2011 iirc. He looks much better now, I can guarantee.

Is it just me or is that a pretty nice AA5 opening relative to its COMG pre-orders? Didn't it finish with just over 100 points or so?

Amazing sales for Ace Attorney 5. Mario & Luigi RPG4 Dream at 143.7K "amzing" low for that franchise. As I said earlier Pikmin never been a system seller.

Those are some awesome numbers for Ace Attorney, grats to it!

Really impressed by Dragon's Crown numbers too; guess the reports of selling out were true. If shipment numbers were to be believed, then that's the whole of the first Vita shipment + most of the second shipment gone in the first week. Vita owners <3 Vanillaware, it seems. And they deserve it, too - reading about their struggles with this title since it's inception to get it developed, I think it's great that it has finally released & is selling so well.

(Also, I hope this provides more incentive for Atlus to bring stuff to the platform in future.  And just maybe, we'll see Vanillaware bring Odin Sphere across)

Not a great opening for Witch & Hundred Knights really, though. I wasn't expecting Disgaea numbers; but it's about double God & Fate Revolution Paradox (I think) and that did pretty badly. Still, 50k for Nippon Ichi probably isn't too much of a problem.

Fanatasy Life Link pretty underwhelming as expected; and those LEGO City numbers. They're really good if I compare them to my expectations about a month ago, but not so great if I compare them to my expectations after COMG/Tsutaya. Still a victory for LEGO in Japan though.

Toukiden still chugging along on Vita; well past Soul Sacrifice by now and should end up as the second best selling Vita game I think? Xblade Code Embyro surprisingly better on Vita than PS3, too (+ downloads); but pretty poor sellthrough for both systems.

Hardware wise, not much of anything really. Minor boosts for both 3DS & Vita which is nice to see. I wonder if we're going to see Wii-U back below 10k soon. Looks like PSP could be dropping below 5k at some point as well.

Isn't that just an expansion?  Also, isn't it downloadable (not really sure on this one)?  Anyway, I don't think anyone expected that one to have been really high anyway.

Yep.  Perhaps they're good numbers for a retail release of an expansion; I don't know really.  I was more throwing a punch at Level-5's tendancy to milk things until they're dry.  And judging by Famitsu, it's incredibly overshipped.

Impressive Dragon's Crown numbers.... Vita received even a boost.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOO Phoenix!!! I'm not really sure if it will outsell AJ retail, but it is nonetheless solid.

HW is lame-ish.

Amazing for Ace Attorney. They really did screw up by releasing Layton v Phoenix before the main game of both series. The userbase simply wasn't big enough yet on the 3DS.

Dragon's Crown is amazing too. It's already Vanillaware's highest selling game.

More love for PW instead of M&L, pretty funny.
