I'm confused as to why Sonic is even an option aswell. I mean, I love Sonic and all, but realisticly his games don't sell as much as DKCR even if you combine multiplatform sales. Plus this game is also multiplatform between Wii U and 3DS so there's really no chance of the Wii U version beating DKCTP.

Sonic just doesn't have the momentum to sell well anymore. Luckily, it will also release on 3DS, which is selling very well, so maybe it might closely reach DKCTF in total sales, wouldn't be surprised if the combined versions outsold it, but just the Wii U version alone, not going to happen, no matter how good it looks. I actually like the look of DKCTF better (looks more appealing, Sonic looks kinda boring to me graphic-wise), and it looks like bleh, especially coming from Retro, the Metroid gods.

if that happens then wiiu in general wont do good, think about wat your saying!!!!!! Dont jinx Nintendo >:( ....As much as i wanted Metroid, at least we still get a very good true quality game

as for B2 surely your game playing doesnt depend on what some people might or might not buy?

 Ok, I'll admit my previous comment was a bit unnecessary, but I thoroughly enjoyed Subspace Emissary. The only real downside it had was that you could unlock all the characters through it, which took most of the fun out of the game. I feel like it's completely ridiculous that Nintendo is basically that they're flat out gonna remove parts of the game and still sell it at retail price, and people are somehow okay with it simply because it's Nintendo. 

I never said B2 wasn't my type of game; I'm stating the fact that Nintendo fans will not support it in the same way they do Mario or Zelda. The game won't sell nearly as much as it would if it were on PS or XB. It's just not the type of game that appeals to them. So I'm gonna forget about it just as Nintendo eventually will.

Actually it probably will, as Mario will only have a few weeks to sell whereas Donkey Kong will have months. Of course that's only if we're talking by year's end like the OP is.

I would'nt be surprised if Super Mario 3D World outsells all three games before New Year's Day. Lol.
