Really? You either are a game hoarder or content hoarder. If you haven't played a game in over a year, it is ok for you to delete it from your hard drive :)

I pretty much only ever have 2-3 games I actually play in a given time period and I think that is probably the norm for most people. They may have big collections, but they don't play a different game every other day. They stick to the main few they are currently playing, usually their newest ones.

While Microsoft PR will say "Yes" in reality your games and DLC aren't "saved" to there. 

As with the Xbox 360, your games and DLC are always available.  How it technically works is if you pay for it or redeem a code for it, than that content becomes available to you and appears on your games list.  Same with any movies or music, once paid for (or in the case of music in the cloud) it appears in your movies or music list.  You're not actually "consuming" space, because really there is only one copy of it that everyone who has paid for it and has access to.  This way, Microsoft isn't storing 40 million copies of the same 5GB file.  It only stores that 5GB game once, and just gives the 40 million people who have access to it the ability to download it.

But your game saves, profile info, videos, pictures(?), and likely documents (through SkyDrive) will be fully accessible.

Not only this, but with the Xbox One you can connect an external HDD and copy your content that you want to keep locally stored to it.  Then, you can either run content from the external HDD, the internal HDD, or download and install from Xbox LIVE.

The last month I deleted all the game data from the HDD just to install only from the games I'm playing after that... the free space was only 90GB... I'm using right now (after some installtions because two game I'm playing... NiER and GT5... 423GB of the HDD.

I already deleted all the MP3 from the system... I only left some GT5 screenshots that hardly uses 20MB.

500GB for the next-gen will be a issue for both... PS4 and Xbone... I will have to live with it because I will change the HDD for SSD and the SSDs over 500GB is out of my wallet (I will pay at max $200 for the SSD).

500GB is enough for someone like me. Though this is a pretty cool extra feature for Gold members.

Sounds good, i use cloud storage for lots of things now anyways. Much easier than carrying around a flash drive or a external hard drive.

Xbox Live offers Xbox One unlimited storage space in the cloud for all Xbox Live members to store numerous types of Xbox Live content, including your profile, games, Achievements and entertainment. This content is stored and saved in the cloud so you can automatically access it anywhere, anytime, no matter where you are.

that is MS word. So yeah, you can store whole games in the cloud. I don't know if this is just for XBLA games though.

Originally, under the digital only plan, it was all games.  However, since the change if you purchase retail games via Xbox LIVE (Digital) they will be available.  Disc-based games will not be available.  As far as I know, you will still have the option to buy new games on day one via Xbox LIVE, so it'll be your choice to purchase disc or purchase digital.
