My plan when I am the last one left is to sneak up to where the enemies are and place traps to set up an ambush. A vast majority of people who play this game seem to get way too confident when they outnumber the last guy 2 or 3 on 1 and are incredibly stupid. It is always the same thing. I set up a bomb behind me so they can't sneak up on me unawares, a bomb in front of me, then I shoot at one. One or two will always rush, and one or both will always get downed by the bomb. If one is downed by the bomb I immediately target the 2nd and down him. By that time the first guy that was downed will crawl back towards the other guys, letting me know exactly where I need to aim my molotov.

That works a lot when no communication between teams. I always play with my trusty partner and we know to check corners when last guy is alive. The last guy is loaded with traps and molotovs lol. If we know the last guy has set up shop we just wait it out and win it by default. No need in giving the guy kills or the win.

You won't know where the last guy is and where his traps are if they are good enough.

Everything is harder when playing against a good team though. Fortunately that is rarely the case.

Also, I have to say, the inclusion of "no party" mode saved the multiplayer. Before that it was so frustrating to get into a game and face off against a group of players who all knew each other

Nothing beats 50% bigger explosions! I just chuck bombs and mollys at people with blatant disregard. Couple that with level 3 stealth (enemies don't hear you when you crouch walk) and you're in beast mode. 15 downs, 11 executions, 1 death, and 6 revives is my best match so far. And to think I was going back to Uncharted because I hated this MP at first.

Once I use the hearing mode and see someone chucking something I run lol but the radius increase is pretty cool. Does that also increase smoke and molotovs or just bombs?

All explosives. Mollys work best like this. See a group in one corner and toss it close enough to them and you're good.

Doesn't the hearing pick up the bomb placement if really close by? I usually spot them all the time before reaching the corner via hearing mode. Unless there is something to prevent that.

and yeah not many good teams. With just my one partner we can beat any team so far. I wish they had a win/ lose ration seeing how we don't lose unless we disconnect lol.

What are your game tag S.T.A.G.E and J_A. I may run into you guys lol. Mine is xKakashi209x keep an eye out maybe we will bump into each other at one point.

I hate not having a mic. This game demands one if you want to be proficient with a team. My teammate just watched me die. What an asshole.

Afraid to test yourself? I like going up against parties. It tests my ability to kill a team of like-minded individuals.

Listening picks up planted bombs, yes. You have to be within close proximity though.

So you have to be stealthy even in the multiplayer huh. I think I'll likely prefer Uncharted's multiplayer due to the faster pacing, but that shouldn't stop me from enjoying TLOU's multiplayer!

You can run...you'll just get shot quicker, thats all. People are using listening mode like 35% of the time to find out your positioning. Generally when someone spots you they mark you.

But if I run at sonic speed, then they wont see me lol! But yeah I'll try to be smart about it. Like J_Allard said I just need to learn the map so I know the best routes n stuff. Oh, and what do you mean by they'll mark me? I pray it's not the gog definition. :L

Yeah, If you run where you can be seen and  a seasoned player spots you they'll input an command on your tail and you'll be on the map for everyone to kill. When they spot you the command will respond by yelling out "Suits" or "hunters". From this point on you get the hell away.  It is important to learn the map though.  I run around from time to time, but only when I am far away from the enemy.

Dang it mawn! You quoted my post while it still had the typo and bad wording! D: But anywho, seems kinda weird that they can just tag you. Unless in multiplayer you get more high tech weapons with laser sights, radars, n stuff.

You click R3 on an enemy in your crosshairs and you mark them. You can equip a perk that makes you immune to marking though.

I think I'll definitely want that perk! It sounds good regardless of whether or not you're being aggressive or sneaky.
