I will happily pay 50€ to play this game in 1080p with better textures, lighting, added shaders, off-screen support, improved inventory, new sailing mechanics and a better endgame. The effort put into this game seems to be similar to Ocarina of Time 3D, so the less-than-full price is actually a nice suprise. Ocarina of Time 3D was sold at the full handheld price and completely worth it, I expect the same pleasant experience from Wind Waker HD.

As for SMT4 being original, I meant it being a brand new game over being an HD rerelease.  It's also overpriced, but it's not a port.  Persona 4 the Golden was also a port, with a lot of extra content and a massive graphics overhaul in comparison to the original.  This one isn't $50 and there's a hell of a lot more detail put into this game.  The point is though, no matter how much developers worked on it, it's not a new game.  If Persona 4 the Golden was priced at $50 I'd have been bashing it as well.

Persona 4 released as a full priced game, so I don't understand your logic either. Persona 4 and Wind Waker are at least redone as much as eachother.

Lol atwe would be paying 99USD. Someone must have completely forgotten Metroid Prime Trilogy.

i kno right, i try to help people find good sales and this thread is 50% of fighting or defending nintendo lol. I mean i do do my best wit sales, even for sony owners! (like the vita $149.99)

Seems like only Amazon is offering that price at the moment. So it certainly is a good deal for people who are looking to pick it up. I preordered mine during E3.

This isn't a full on remake, even $50 is too much.

It should be $30, $40 max.
