It's all certainly plausible (and thus an exercise in good rumor-mongering). Nothing in there I would object to.

Parallel Dungeons would be a big step forward, requiring higher-level thinking similar to some of the older Zeldas...

Guys zelda info doesn't leak, literally never. Its not just zelda either, Nintendo development as a whole is super secretive. This is all just sounds like something conjured up by a fan.

The rumor does say that the E3 2011 Tech Demo graphics were pre-Alpha. You can expect the final game to look much better, assuming the rumor is true.
