It is confirmed.

"A Microsoft representative confirmed the delay to Polygon, saying that the game was pushed back so developer Rare had extra time to polish the title and release Kinect Sports Rivals without compromising the game's quality. The Xbox One game will be playable for the first time at PAX Prime and Gamescom in August."

Lococycle is just controller. There is a Zumba game, Just Dance, and I believe Crimson Dragon can be played with both a controller and Kinect.

They really, really wont get the market they want at launch.

No Kinect killer app.
No compelling price point.

Its gonna be a tough launch window if theyre really wanting that Wii expanded market that they did so well to take a chunk of with 360 and Kinect.
