Alright, so I need some info on regards to to how this will effect my gaming library and also the Region Locks of Systems in the sense of my Library on Steam and how will I go about dealing with that, and also the games I have Purchased on PSN and XBLA and how it will all work, and also will my systems work in a different country?
I am asking because I have no idea how it will all work and if anyone has any info they could shed on this situation it would be greatly appreciated.
Also I am moving from the US to the UK, if that makes any difference. 

For the consoles, i believe you would have to get a plug adapter to make it work over here in the UK. PS3 is region free but Xbox 360 isn't. Also, as far as i know you can still use your American PSN account to download your games (don't know about XBLA). Not sure about steam though.

Also do you know if there is a way to make my PSN account European?

This is the problem, with your US PSN account you will still have to purchase from the US PSN store using a US credit card. I have no idea if this really works

Basically, I don't think there is any way that you can keep everything, there are going to be problems at every turn

Keep your US Xbox 360, you'll probably need to buy a UK power cord (the brick I believe is 120/240vlt), and you'll have to select a TV with HDMI or purchase a SCART to HDMI converter.

I believe as long as you use your Xbox 360 with the US Xbox LIVE (i.e. you don't setup a new account) you'll be ok. Otherwise, to play games available in the UK you'll need to purchase a UK Xbox 360 and possibly setup a UK Xbox LIVE account.

EDIT:  You may be able to play your US games on your US console, but convert your US account to the UK.  If you do this, some games may not convert over to the UK based on region availability.   Tweet @XboxSupport your situation for a better answer.

I have a PAL PS3 and InFamous+Wipeout HD from the US store. I completed IF and played most of Wipeout without a problem.

No problem!  It was meant tongue in cheek.  I mean water is water in Scotland.

So I have a UK PS3 and a Hong Kong version of Burnout Paradise and I couldn't buy any DLC. It gets a bit complicated is all I am saying. You have to stay consistent with your account region and store region. To pay for US PSN stuff you have to use a US credit card or I guess that you could buy codes for PSN cards
