This is the problem, with your US PSN account you will still have to purchase from the US PSN store using a US credit card. I have no idea if this really works

The PS3 is region free when it comes to disc based games, but all these digital account make things far more complicated.

Basically, I don't think there is any way that you can keep everything, there are going to be problems at every turn

I have a PAL PS3 and InFamous+Wipeout HD from the US store. I completed IF and played most of Wipeout without a problem.
