Hehe... well as Wright here says, theres a bit of a battle of powers that obviously is undearneath it all, besides the troubles with the euro. But in all seriousness no one can say that the economic union was for the worst. Now the euro and the rules that came with it is a different can of worms. xD

I'm sure there are better solutions than to destroy everything that was built so far. Lets be less dramatic, many of us agree a step must be taken back before we can take another one fowards. But lets not go all the way, it doesnt seem sensible.

The thing is, if the central european bank wasnt so unwilling to drop the value on the euro, inflation wouldnt have risen so much and the struggling economies wouldnt be so choked. Austerity is definitly not the solution, it just seems that we need to walk this path to make it obvious to everyone.
