Nah, I want it too, VF is one of the 3 fighting series I like. Though I want Shenmue 3 more for obvious reasons, lol.


Well, Yu Suzuki did make VF too. So this seems more likely. lol

I have a friend who is very into Virtua Fighter. A big Sega fan who went freelancing so he could meet his heroes. Has a ton of pics and stuff from Yu Suzuki. If VF releases you should add him on Xlive he is always asking for more players (and I am not a huge fan of fighting games). Gonna ask if he knows something about a new VF =p.

Suzuki was the director to some mobile VF last year, but he wasn't involved in VF5 as far as I know.

(Watch it be a new outrun)

I just asked my friend about it and he called me an idiot because Yu suzuki never have done something with VF, it is MAKOTO OSAKI.

Yeah, the last main VF he directed was VF4 in 2001, then he did the mobile game last year. Skipped VF5.

I'd be happy with a new Outrun.

I want the 3 of them.. Outrun is really fun, VF is my second favorite fighter just below Soul Calibur, alongside DoA.. And shenmue is the masterpiece of AM2 existence.

Yu Suzuki directed VF1, produced and directed VF2, produced VF3, directed VF4, and directed 2 VF games on mobile. The only VF game he had no involvement with was VF5.

Makoto Osaki only directed VF5, before that he had lower ranked positions on the VF team such as stage designer.


Indeed, was just clarified did nothing for the last one =p.   but suzuki doesn't work their anymore and Makoto Osaki is now responsible for the future of the franchise or somebody must take over.
