Mechanically and gameplay wise I thought it was a good game, as I said before Cryptic is one of the better MMO studios out there. I couldn't get into the story though personally, Dungeons and Dragons lore just doesn't appeal to me in the same way that the lore in most other Western Fantasy franchises does (Elder Scrolls, Witcher, Fable, Dragon Age, Kingdoms of Amalur). And I just can't make myself play a game if the story doesn't suck me in, no mater how good the gameplay is.

Yeah, JRPG stories are pretty crazy. The Final Fantasy games are some great examples of that. They usually start of pretty normal but by the end they are completely fucked up and almost silly. But I think that's a good thing about them, I like some random craziness like that

The crazier the better, it got more feeling to them as well. 

LO narrative was amazing.

LO made me cry a lot of times. Those dreams, so sad!

The plot at one time made me cry (well, tear up).

Honestly, I felt the story itself to be a little cliche, but the overall narrative I felt was done extremely well. 

Just my opinion though.
