Hmm.... Well, it may not be as bad as the DS Pokemon games, but even for Microsoft games, that is still quite odd. Was hoping to purchase said game whenever I got my One.

Didn't check used prices for FH2 but I guess they are still not too low. Publishers have to reduce prices of their games if they are so cheap used that everyone simply buys it used but if people still don't really prefer used above new for a game, there isn't a big reason to sell it cheap as long as sales aren't horrible.
It's always a fight not only against low sales in general but also against the used market when you consider the retail price for your game.
