Halo Online looks good to me so far. Looks very Halo 3ish. But idk how it works yet. Like is there map pickups? How does buying weapons/armor work? Can you unlock them by leveling up etc? Ill try it out and hope for the best, but im hesitant at the same time

I guess experience :s...At some point your fingers know what to do. Like those 8 bit levels first you have trouble to beat them but next week a friend will ask you to do them and you do it one try and your friend will be like 'dude how do you do that?'.


Toejam and Earl is now at 431K beating the first stretchgoal and some were worried it could not reach 400k =p.

Minecraft is to be made available to every post-primary school in Northern Ireland as part of a ground-breaking project devised by CultureTECH, Northern Ireland’s innovation festival, with funding from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure.

This is the first time anywhere in the world, that an entire region has made Minecraft available to its schools. The initiative is expected to reach up to 50,000 children annually.

CultureTECH has secured funding from DCAL to supply MinecraftEdu licences to as many as 240 sites across Northern Ireland, including over 200 schools, 30 libraries and community organisations, and a number of volunteer-led coding clubs.

MinecraftEdu is a special version of the game designed specifically for schools, with additions that are more useful and appropriate for the classroom. Over 5,000 teachers in more than 40 countries have used it to teach the STEM subjects, art, history and computer coding. They join such high-profile organisations as MIT and the UN, who have successfully used Minecraft to teach quantum physics and engage young people in redevelopment of their neighbourhoods.

CultureTECH will work with additional partners including Northern Ireland’s Creative Learning Centres and Honeycomb – Creative Works to provide training and support to teachers who want to use the programme.

Well that's just a needless insult. I've heard "Bonegamer" and "Lamegamer" before but Crapgamer is just hurtful. 

As for the XOne, I'd give it a solid 7/10. There's a lot of annoying little niggles (the lack of backwards compatibility, the over-reliance on Kinect initially, the dashboard took a while to get used to) but for the most part it's a great system. Definitely have some of my best memories on it for this gen, like SO and DR3. I'm more than happy with it; could it be better? Yeah, sure, but it's early in the life cycle of the system and it's all too easy to forget how things were last gen this early on. These things take time, which is something you accept as an early adopter. Doesn't mean I regret being one.

I barely got any achievement this week, not sure if I will reach my 50k target.
