you cant really blame ms for the leaks though its not there fault that we looked at the leaks

"For starters" I'm talking about the "if" situation where all XBO are on pc. I thought I was being clear about that, obviously that includes forza and SO. You are going against your own way on thinking by stating exclusives tho as you think everything should be in pc. 

Souls series is terrible.

360 didn't drop the price in the first year, the bad decisions are just starting with the pc talk. 360 had a hard situation of needing to perform  way better than the Xbox which didn't sold that much, 360 made Xbox gain new fans... XBO supposedly would always have a easier time in selling better head start.. With the lack of variety XBO has Europe sales will continue to be underwhelming, Europe loves what XBO is lacking.

:) Yeah but  something we should not forget that the last 48 hours everyone who pledged or followes the kickstarter projects gets a reminder email and that has resulted in 10K the last two hours.  Happy if it can atleast reach another stretch goal.

XBO sold 2.9m Total in Europe 2013/2014

Also taking into account X360 had the market to itself and XBO wasnt out in much of Europe

There isnt much information to make much of an assessment other than that.  All we know is that XBO passed the 1m mark in UK on November 21st 2014 and that XBO wasnt out in many European countries until Spetmber 2014 yet it outsold X360 by a total of 600k-700k from launch date

Well, most stuff Europeans play is on XBO (not talking about PC exclusive stuff like Dota), the games aren't the problem at least in Germany, it's not as if the games not on XB but on PS would attract most PS fans (all this Japanese stuff). It's bad or missing marketing over a decade and Europe fell in love with the PS brand a long time ago and this will simply not change as long as Sony won't totally fuck it up.

People just don't see a reason here to buy an XB instead of a PS when they were always happy with the PS brand. People will also always buy iPhones as long as Apple won't totally fuck it up. They will only switch if iPhone won't have what they want. 

MS could try harder with better marketing and better prices but if XB would have some of the Japanese stuff which PS has or not wouldn't change much here in Germany where most simply want their Fifa, CoD, GTA and maybe some Gears, TLoU or Halo. 

Ahh, and something which hurt XBO in Germany was all this NSA spying on us scandal stuff and XBO having Kinect and bla...was pretty big here in the media (Spiegel as example) and this surely didn't help Xbox.
