It's great that the Alan Wake franchise sold 4.5 million. In fact I bought the game(pre-owned along with Minecraft) because of Quantum Break. I also bought both of the DLC's and American Nightmare. I must say the gameplay for Alan Wake is unique with how you combat the Taken like dodging, ridding the darkness with light before shooting and how the flare gun acts like a grenade launcher. This game is underrated and hope for a remaster for the X1 if they do it if there is a pre-order for Quantum Break(still day one for me). Bring on AW2 Remedy when you guys are done with QB.

So I'm playing the 8bit levels in Rayman Legends and man I'm almost losing it... Whoever thought that making the player blind in a platformer was a cool idea... Grumbl

I just realize something: France>German, forgive me for saying this for some of the German Xbox Fans in the Empire thread.

After you beat them you can do them almost blindly. Did them on my first triest on the Xbox one. If you get stuck at one just try to beat them in normal time in one go.  The last one is awesome btw.

So on a scale of one to 10 how much do you think the xbox one was worth buying? do you see that changing?

I wonder how much they have made on average?

MS/Remedy probably got in the order of $20 average per game sold (can get it for $10 or less, but a lot of copies were sold at $60 and $40).

No idea what the split would be between MS as publisher and Remedy as developer - but either way its clear the game made money.

2. All "exclusives" are also on PC, or will come to PC, same old milked franchises, broken collections, inferior multiplats, achievements broken at launch, no Japanese support. Did I miss anything? 

Didn't expect this from you :o. Inferior multiplats should've been known before you bought the console right? Broken collections is only one on ms but yeah that sucked. Achievements are really that bad at launch? No Japanese support definitely sucks. Yeah, pc does suck too but do you have a gaming pc? I've learnt that it didn't really matter if youre a console only player. Same old milked franchises is the only I completely disagree with, those franchises are still in demand and deserve sequels. Not only that, but theyres awesome new it's like Ori, sunset, quantum, scalebound, and theyres others but they're not top tier Imo so I won't mention them.

Real talk, I'd give it a 7. Achievements annoy me, but I love the new ip ms is putting into. Ori, sunset, etc. At least we get FF XV and KH 3. I mean the Wii U deserves that game more than we do, but we still got it.
