Gears, thinking I would get the big third part jp games anyway. But XBO isn't getting them.

And what do you mean?? There's Konami games, Bandai Namco, Capcom, Square Enix, 5pb. Are you serious?

Capcom games, Atlus, level 5, namco bandai.. In Japan it doesn't get much bigger than this. XBO misses a lot of those.

Xbox is getting FFXV and KH3, those are probably the biggest Japanese games there are.

Also, idk anything about Persona, but looking it up real quick in the database here none of those games has ever even sold 900k on any platform. Most of them seem to sell around half a mill. I'd hardly call that very big. Certainly not big enough where as Phil Spencer I'd feel inclined to pay them off to make their game multiplat.

Getting a few from those, but not most of the games isn't enough. Capcom is going Sony exclusive, bandai is almost, square idem... Konami is pretty meh, never liked them.

Persona is a ip on the rise, one of the best sellers... On vita!  

Just getting the biggest isn't enough, ff15 looks like a boring fest to me, the mid range big are also imperative to get. 

I'm not talking about niche stuff like disgaea, neptunia or atelier here.
