Never played Metal Gear Solid but Splinter Cell Blacklist was awesome loved it. Great game

If you don't mind really long cutscenes, very complicated story and an awkward camera angle in ty the earlier games I recommend you try the series. Just start with the oldest first because will enjoy the series more that way
