Looks like Forza is the game to be played with dad. My dad loves cars and when I fired the forza h2 demo infront of him he was amazed how good it looks and then he took controller from me and immersed himself in the game he loves to play that game with me. Moreover Forza h2 won over him so much that he said son we are buying this game as soon as your March Exams are over, I was surprised to hear that from him.

There is Final Fantasy Type-0 which releases 17th March (NA) or 20th March (Europe)

Oh its a remake I suppose and what type of combat do FF games have turn based or action combat. What about Final Fantasy XV?

Yes the code on website is also not finished they might be preparing for it. Maybe more discount or some problem with discount. Fingers crossed sad they did not added Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive if this was a part of the sale it is good.
