If possible shoot for Persona 5, Dragon Quest, and Disgaea 5.  

I'm indiferent about Disgaea, tried the first one and didn't like it. 

Battlefront 2? No, it was original Xbox, not 360.

Youre a good person xD lol  Its upsetting that phones and tablets could one day take over the handheld market :/  I wish vita would have been better supported.  At least nintendo is doing well with 3DS though

At this point I don't have much hope of seeing many Japanese games on Xbox One. That Xbox One JRPG that Level 5 was considering making was probably our last best hope of seeing a major Japanese exclusive on Xbox One, and now they've announced that they're working on a PS4 exclusive instead. Things don't look much better on the multiplat front, we've only got a handful of Japanese devs/publishers releasing on Xbox One, we've lost several multiplat devs from last gen already and it's starting to look like we may lose some more soon. I think that the new heads of Xbox Japan could turn things around, but I don't think Phil will give them the resources they need to turn things around, he doesn't seem to want to invest many resources in Japan at all, he seems content to get a handful of minor exclusives and whatever multiplat games Japanese devs decide to release on Xbox One on their own. Most of Phil's responces to questions about Japan have an air of negativity about them, Shenmue, Mistwalker, etc., and the rest seem like spin statements to alleviate fears that are actually accurate.

Agreed. I honestly don't care about Japanese exclusives, I just want some good multiplat releases, but Phil doesn't seem to be willing to even try to get multiplats. It wouldn't take much to get these Japanese devs to go multiplat, Xbox One is selling well enough in the west that most Japanese games that release on Xbox One would sell at least a few 100k copies lifetime. If Microsoft would offer to cover the porting costs in exchange for a multiplat release most Japanese devs would go for it, why pass up a few 100k sales? And it wouldn't cost MS much to cover the porting costs, the similarities in architecture between Xbox One and PS4 have significantly reduced porting costs compared to last gen. And what would they gain from doing that? Increased console sales (and by extension increased accessory sales and Live subs) in the west among the demographic who likes Japanese games, as well as increased console sales in Japan among the demographic who likes both Xbox's western exclusives and Japanese games.
