What MS needs is an Xbox Japan studio, that also has an incubation team to work with Japanese devs.

They need that, I agree. Having relations with smaller studios is important as well, not just Square enix.. 

This is not just about Japan itself, but WW, people like to have some variety of games.

Ugh, I hope this guy who is taking the reigns with Xbox Japan does something with it. I'm not expecting much, but getting multiplats for Xbox should be a priority IMO.

If possible shoot for Persona 5, Dragon Quest, and Disgaea 5.

Last I heard they are working on a PS4 one and only that. Baba has stated they are focusing their efforts only on PS.

Thats too bad really.  Vesperia did really well on X360.  I dont exactly understand why Japanese developers are like that but oh well.  Hopefully they will put it on the vita.  Tales fits perfectly on the Vita.  Same goes to Persona and Disgaea.
