I'm guessing that it's a console exclusive until Sony announces the PS4 for China, Although MS needs to secure some of these chinese games as exclusives for Xbox I'm honestly surprised at how good some of these games look.

BT at 150 means they might resume that new ip sometime next year, if they aren't still working on it.
They just need to keep working on that great tech demo they showed at E3 2013.
They did say it was only put on hold after the whole fiasco, so sooner or later that game will become a reality :) No worries
