Multiple Xbox One Exclusives Announced by Mages; Trailers Released

Mages. and 5pb. just officially announced three Xbox One exclusives during a livestream on Nico Nico Doga: Chaos;Child, PSYCHO-PASS: Psychopaths and Mistereet F Tantei-Tachi no Katenkoru.

As many imagined all three game are visual novels.

Chaos;Child is set in Shibuya six years after the previously released Chaos;Head NOA and is described as a psychological suspense story based on the theme of “scientific delusions.”

PSYCHO-PASS: Psychopaths and Mistereet F are the new games by the well known producer Makoto Asada.

PSYCHO-PASS will be bound to the anime series with the same name but will involve an original scenario and will have both Kinect and smartglass support. Mistereet F will bundle a remake of the classic by Hiroyuki Kanno Mistereet ya Togami Kaoru no Chosen and a completely new Mistereet 2.

For the moment prices and release windows are still TBD and there’s no information if the Xbox One exclusivity will be temporary or permanent, but only Microsoft’s new console was announced as a platform for all three games.

Xbox E3 hype

I don't know much about the other two, but i'd be interested in playing Chaos;Child. I'm a pretty big fan of of the SA series.

I wonder if MS might try and push it in Japan? Traditionally VNG's are incredibly niche, even in Japan, so it would be nice to see them get a boost.

Don't expect to see a localization soon though. it took Steins;Gate, the most popular installment in the series, 4 - 5 years to get an official English release, and that was primarily due to the success of the anime. Still, we do dream :p

I still like Xbox Cloud. Xbox United would be my second choice but it sounds kinda childish.
