Really? I see people excited for free to play games on here all the time.
| riderz13371 said: that comes with one character and you have to buy everyone else seperately. |
Or, you can buy the entire game at launch with all the content. Maybe in the future before making threads to troll games, you check out the games to make sure you know what you're talking about? I'm trying to help you here.
| riderz13371 said: Not to mention this game isn't even developed by Rare. How can you get excited for this lol.
No offence to anyone who is actually excited... |
I have a feeling that if this game were made by Rare, you'd just crap on the game for that reason anyway.
@the_dengle
I consider myself a good Mortal Kombat and Injustice player and I have been playing fighters for 20 years now. Trust me when I say the fighting community is excited to play this. The Evo audience is mostly Capcom fanboys who bash every game unless its made by Capcom. Just watch the comments posted during Injustice or MK matches. Visit sites such as testyourmight.com or mortalkombat.com. There are plenty of fighting game enthusiasts that are excited for this game.

1) Free to play games are nice but nothing to get excited about (in my opinion). They're fun to play for a while but get rather boring once you have to constantly purchase in game items. I'd rather just pay once and have access to the full game.
2)How much will that cost you? If it's 60$ or under for ALL content in the game then I'll admit I was wrong on this one.
3) Why would I crap on a game that is being made by it's original developer?
I never liked KI to begin with. Probably the worst fighting game of the time. But their reactions were uncalled for. After all they did get to see the game live before many. Even I would have been excited about that even if i have no interest in owning the game.
@gooch_destroyer
Watch the streams of Injustice or Mortal Kombat and read the comments. You'll see the nonstop bashing I'm talking about.

Keep spreading false info though about a game on a platform you have absolutely no interest in. I can tell you one thing. This game will destroy Knack in sales. |
a F2P game vs. a platformer? ones free to download and the other is both retail and digital download, yep.

"Willette says players will be able to purchase and download the game in three ways. First, they can download the base — which includes Jago, online play, a training mode and the basics — for free, then choose to purchase other characters and features piecemeal. Second, they can purchase the equivalent of a season pass and pay up-front to get all the characters and content for the game as they are released. Or third, they can pay for a special edition of the season pass that also includes bonus content."

Also in regards to developers, Double Helix was sending builds of the game to the developers at RARE who had a hand in making the origional Killer Instinct for input and ideas, there are only a few of them remaining at RARE however.

Quite immature, really.
But I agree with whoever wrote the article. (His least few sentences, anyway.) This really does show how much Microsoft completely screwed up reception for the XBO. MS should get an award for that.

Like I said, if the cost for all the content available at launch is under 60$ (like a normal game launching at retail) then I'll admit I was wrong.
