Huh? You get a baseline-version of the game for free and have to buy additional characters. That's F2P to me.

You get 1 character for free and have the option to buy the others or the full game.   They have explained this before.  It has a FTP element but it is not FTP.

but the 1 character you get allows you to play through the arcade mode, play local MP of Jago V Jago and go online and play against other people who have bought more characters to use. That is about the same Lvl of F2P that league of Legends is.

Yeah I dont even realize how OP some of these characters are until these kind of events.  Im not that great at Fighting games even though i enjoy them lol

Lol, everyone booed at them saying they have a partnership with M$ so their game is exclusive to XBone. EVO has always been a playstation tournament with the exception of super smash bros.

It originally used arcade cabinets. Lots of people were pissed when they switched over.

As for the demonstration... hmm. Combo-breaker: the game?
