i finally got my hands on a Wii, my friend let me borrow his and now i am want to try what this console has to offer. i want to try out the galaxy games, NSMB game, mario kart and both zelda games. what else should i try? what metriod games should i try on the console? 

ohh also is donky kong country anything like the SNES games?

also to note, i dont like JRPG's at all so a game like xenoblade i wouldnt be interested in, even if it is as good as people say it is.

Those games you listed are pretty much the best. You could try No More Heroes 1 and 2. As for metroid, stay away form other M. There is a Metroid Prime Trilogy and they are veeeeery good. And well that's all xD

You should try The Legend of Zelda first, it is a personal favourite.

You should try Monster Hunter Tri, it's more like an action game (never understood why people call it an RPG, it's not). Problem is that the servers to play online don't work anymore (they are using them for Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate), so you would have to play only single player, which is still good.

Metroid Prime 3 Corruption is amazing, you should play that one. Stay away from Other M.

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn if you like strategy games.

No more heroes, especially the first one, the second is not as good.

DKC Returns is one of the best platformers of the system, you should definitely try it.

Besides the ones you listed, Wii Sports is a lot of fun to try out. Wii Party too, and definitely SSBB if you can.

Metroid Prime Trilogy is practically impossible to get, unless you want to pay almost $100 lol.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl, please play it. Other than that you seem to be in good hands my friend.

EDIT: OH, play Kirby: Return to Dreamland and Donkey Kong Country Returns. If you are in to Virtual Console platformers play Do Re Mi Fantasy: Milon's Doki Doki Adventure on Super Nintendo and if you like Zelda type games play Neutopia 1&2 on Turbografx.

Don't. it is a good game by all means, just try to ignore the story.
