Naughty Dog - I never was really into their games, until my friend lend me Uncharted and the rest is history as they say. lol!

Honorable mentions

Namco Tales Studio - Hideo Baba has been awesome lately.
Atlus - For Shin Megami Tensei and Catherine.
Nintendo EAD: Software Dev Group 2 - They just killed it with Wii Sports & Animal Crossing.
Gust - For Atelier (Arland series).
Level-5 - For Jeanne D'Arc, Professor Layton, White Knight Chronicles and Ni No Kuni.

I would have also added Sega: CS1 Team but they still owe us Yakuza 5 (Not to mention Sega as a publisher owe us Valkyria Chroncles 3 too) lol!
