Simple question, I'm doing an experiment here and I want to know what you guys think.

Edit: to be clear PCs and mobile would still be around, so in this hypothetical scenario 3rd parties could make PC exclusive games.

Yeah, and maybe one of the third parties would consider the idea to enter the market with a new home console. But if it was the only one yes, of course xD.

Yes. I don't think they would be willing to lose out on that much money just because it's Nintendo.
