If Nintendo was the only console manufacturer around, would 3rd parties support Nintendo systems?

Simple question, I'm doing an experiment here and I want to know what you guys think.

Edit: to be clear PCs and mobile would still be around, so in this hypothetical scenario 3rd parties could make PC exclusive games.
