One of the most beautiful games ever made.

All the numbered MGS games, when ever a new numbered installment hits it always paves the way with mind blowing graphics for that particular time.

Wario Land: Shake It for Wii. Gorgeous 2D hand-drawn goodness. An excerpt from Wikipedia:

"Over 2,000 frames were drawn to animate over 200 actions for Wario alone; over 6,000 frames were drawn for all enemy characters, including those that were removed from the final game. All the game's backgrounds and scenery were also hand-drawn. Program director Koichi Yagi stated that clever programming techniques were required to efficiently store and handle both the non-repeating backgrounds and thousands of character frames in the Wii console memory during gameplay."

I was literally coming into this thread just to say the exact same thing. The game is not just graphically one of the most underrated, but one of the most underrated games period.
