Do u really think a few people boycotting this game will do anything? I doubt most of the people who bought DKCR even know who Retro is so its not like there gonna lose any significant amount of sales, meaning ur boycott Is useless.

AIso I dont understand how u can say DKCR was one of ur top 3 games of the generation then say ur pissed there making a sequel. Retro did 3 Metroid games in a row and nobody complained, noe there doing 2 DK games in a row and its the end of the world. They said they had unfinished business with DK ptobably meaning they had a bunch of ideas but couldnt fit them all in one game, basically the same thing as Galaxy 2.

     Buying the game used is not really supporting the game.

I dunno if it will do anything, but it doesn't hurt to try. Saves me a few bucks anyway. i'm not boycotting it, I'm just buying it used. I'm not the only one either, so don't assume that it will do NOTHING.

I am pissed they are making a sequel. I loved Metroid Prime 1 and 2 to death, but I didn't want prime 3 to be made. I was ready for them to move on. There is not much you can really do in a 2D plat, and they have the talent to make games as intricate and ambitious as prime. 

I never said I was supporting it, you are not even reading my posts. 

       I find it  ironic how you are saying that DKCR is   a great game, but   yet you are not  willing to buy  TF  full priced despite fixing many things wrong with Returns.

Your not even reading my posts. Why do I have to buy it full price? I don't want a third DKC game from Retro, and I don't support the decision to assign them to a 2D plat.  Why don't you look at what I'm saying and try to bring forth a constructive response, or even just let me have my opinion. What your doing is ignoring the bulk of what I'm saying.

   Because you loved DKCR and TF fixes most of the flaws  Returns had?  I bet you didn't boycott Metroid Prime 3 despite not being different than the other Prime games.

I'm still getting to play the game, but in some small way I will feel like I made my message clear by not buying a game I feel didn't need to be made.

Your not understanding what I'm saying here. I liked the original, but wanted Retro to move on to something more ambitious. While I'm immensely disappointed in the decision to make a sequel, I still would like to play the game. However, I don't want another Donkey Kong game from Retro. So I will buy it used which lets me play the game that I do want to play, without giving Nintendo any money. 

         Two things. Number one, the reason they are doing  a DK game is because DK games sell. The last thing Nintendo wants to do with the WIi U is put games that are gonna sell badly. Metroid games, new IPs and so on from Retro would sell terribly compared to DK. Number two, your boycotting is  useless. Only a small amount of people are going to boycott it. Let's not mention that when the marketing will start for Tropical Freeze, more people will want the game, making the boycotters look dumb since the game will have great sales.
