well, it's about the whole eu, a german magazine was just the first which got or released the information first and they obviously mention some stuff the nsa did in germany but the nsa did the same with other eu countries. 

Hmm I guess France and UK did some spying in the past, still USA should lead by example not just by words. Definetly not good for their Image.

Close allies shouldn't feel the need to spy on each other. USA should concentrate on China not EU. And that is the weird thing why would they even spy on boring EU the only reason I can think of is to manipulate EU more effectively.
