I was always impressed with what Blizzard could do entirely from in-game assets:

Obviously their cinematic trailers are top notch too; but I always loved their trailers for patches. Zul'Aman & Ulduar were really good too; but Black Temple takes the cake for me just because I love all the lore around that particular part of the Warcraft Universe. Akama's narration still gets me every time.

the halo 3 trailer was just out of this world!

also The uncharted trailers were AMAZING

uncharte 3 trailer! i still get goosbumps everytimes i see it!

the most amazing thing about the Uncharted trailers is that they are ALL in game footage!
