I was always impressed with what Blizzard could do entirely from in-game assets:
Obviously their cinematic trailers are top notch too; but I always loved their trailers for patches. Zul'Aman & Ulduar were really good too; but Black Temple takes the cake for me just because I love all the lore around that particular part of the Warcraft Universe. Akama's narration still gets me every time.
