Well I don't think the PS4 is actually going to make them any money. Extra PS+ subscriptions should help, but they need the PS3 hardware to really drive the profits. They have a decent amount of first party games, but Beyond won't be making them much money, Knack will probably have to rely on being packed in with many consoles (though was probably cheap to make), Drive Club will struggle as it looks average and is kind of free with PS+. This means that their only software profits are going to come from Killzone

Not till next year. They'll want to gain as much money to help offset the loss they'll get per PS4 sold.

I think that is what nintendo is kinda waiting on that too. x360 would follow shortly after.

It's another hardware model but the same Super Slim design... PS2 have dozen of models too... way more than PS3.
