There is now a Coronavirus mod for Fallout: New Vegas that you can download
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/there-is-now-a-coronavirus-mod-for-fallout-new-vegas-that-you-can-download/
Well, we all saw that coming. After what has happened in the real world with the Coronavirus, we were certain that someone would make a mod for it. And yesterday, modder ‘JotunYmir’ released a Coronavirus mod for Fallout: New Vegas.
Going into more details, Immersive Coronavirus adds Bat Soup and by eating it, you will get the Coronavirus. Once they get the virus, players will have to survive it. And… well… that’s it.
To be honest, I was expecting a Coronavirus mod for Resident Evil 2 Remake. I mean, this mod would make perfect sense in Capcom’s RE franchise. Let’s also not forget the similarities between Raccoon City and the Corona Virus. So yeah, it will be interesting to see such a mod for Resident Evil 2 Remake.

Modders ‘GodFilm233’ and ‘ElFonz0’ have released two new really cool mods for Dark Souls 3. The first mod is an Enemy and Boss Randomizer that PC gamers can use. The other one brings some weapons and armors from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Going into more details, the Randomizer only affects enemies and bosses. Thus, it does not affect Side Quests or NPCs. It’s a pretty cool mod that all Dark Souls 3 veterans will appreciate. After all, this mod will give all of you a new challenge.
On the other hand, the Sekiro Armor and Weapons Mod contains multiple armor pieces and weapons from various Sekiro characters. Each item is set up to replace a specific item, though you may change the ID of a Sekiro item to one of your choice.
>> Check the article for the links to those mods (both from Nexus Mods).

Doom Eternal: Denuvo, Offline Mode, PC Graphics Settings & 4K/Max Settings Performance Impressions
https://www.dsogaming.com/articles/doom-eternal-denuvo-offline-mode-pc-graphics-settings-4k-max-settings-performance-impressions/
(...)
In order to find out whether the game uses Denuvo, we initially looked at the size of its executable file. As we’ve discovered, the size of the executable file is 434MB. We then got in touch with Bethesda which confirmed its presence in the game. Bethesda has not clarified whether it will remove it at its launch. This could be possible as that’s exactly what happened with RAGE 2. However, and since Wolfenstein: Youngblood is still using Denuvo, I’m pretty sure that Bethesda will keep Denuvo in Doom Eternal for a while.

Fights in Tight Spaces is a stylish turn-based brawler, due later this year
https://www.pcgamer.com/fights-in-tight-spaces-is-a-stylish-turn-based-brawler-due-later-this-year/
Punch the mob in the face in the excellently named Fights in Tight Spaces, a turn-based game in which you batter rooms of red goons until there is no more crime left.
Punches, kicks, and reversals are represented by cards. A lot of cards deal damage, of course, but you can also shove people around the small combat grid to disrupt gunfire or to rescue civilians from danger.

The studio said that the decision was made to ensure "the highest level of personal safety" for its team, and that the remote work policy will remain in place for as long as needed. It also doesn't expect that the shift will delay the release of Cyberpunk 2077.

Here's 12 minutes of Borderlands 3's romantic Lovecraft inspired DLC in action

Love is in the air in Borderlands 3, though given all the shooting, bloodletting and XP acquisition in the above 12 minute video - you wouldn't guess it. 'Guns, Love and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright and Hammerlock' is the name of the game's next expansion, and it's apparently a rom-com with Lovecraft elements. It releases March 26.

Battle monsters and puns in this stylish, free roguelike
https://www.pcgamer.com/battle-monsters-and-puns-in-this-stylish-free-roguelike/
ASCII-based roguelikes are a great way to enjoy the genre, as they leave room for your imagination to contribute. But Atgtha in Absurdia (with its damn awkward spelling) is one that adds a little pzazz in the form of bouncy visual and sound effects. It's got a fantastically rich atmosphere as a result.

Take a gander at the new trailer above.

Naturally, this will be a first-person shooter in which you can encounter most of the iconic dinosaurs. Moreover, the story will not be strictly based on the movies or novels. Instead, this is a new tale that takes inspiration from the world of Jurassic Park. However, the story plays out at the same timeframe seen in the first movie.

There's already a Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord mod manager
https://www.pcgamer.com/theres-already-a-mount-and-blade-2-bannerlord-mod-manager/
Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord, like its predecessor, looks like it will be catnip for modders. The Early Access version isn't out until the end of the month, but that hasn't stopped people from planning all their overhauls, and it probably won't take long before we're inundated with tweaks, additions and hopefully another Thomas the Tank Engine mod.
In preparation for the deluge, Nexus Mods has already released an extension for its Vortex mod manager, allowing you to use it to manage your Bannerlord mods. Because Bannerlord is still a couple of weeks away, this version is based on the beta build, so expect some changes come March 31.

https://www.pcgamer.com/there-are-now-two-different-minecraft-ray-tracing-demos-but-no-word-on-when-it-will-be-playable/
Minecraft is charming in its original voxel form, but wow does it truly transform with ray traced lighting cast across its blocks. "I want to live inside of it," wrote Shaun when he played Minecraft with ray tracing last August. The version he played was a demo created by Nvidia to showcase its RTX graphics cards and their ray tracing support. It also came with a custom texture pack to help the ray tracing shine. We haven't heard much about it since. This week, Microsoft showed off Minecraft with ray tracing running on the upcoming Xbox Series X—but it's a new implementation, made to run without Nvidia's RTX tech.

Seriously, for such a statement I really want to reply to them that copyright laws are even older. He should rather simply have stated that the one from Doom just didn't work out as intended and thus cut it for the successor, but giving "eons old" as a reason is just bullcrap.

Steam's Interactive Recommender is now built into the store to help you find hidden gems
https://www.pcgamer.com/steams-interactive-recommender-is-now-built-into-the-store-to-help-you-find-hidden-gems/
The Steam Interactive Recommender debuted last year as the second in-the-works feature cooked up in the Steam Labs, a sort of digital skunkworks where Valve can develop and test experimental new Steam features. The idea was to give users better, more personalized game recommendations through a "neural network model" based on your play history and other data, rather than relying on Steam's tag system.
It seemed fairly comprehensive at the time, but Valve elected to keep it separate from the existing recommendation model in order to better train and test the system, and stamp out any bugs that might appear. Today, the system went fully live on Steam: To access it, hit the "Your Store" menu button on the Steam front page, and you'll see the link near the top of the dropdown.

NVIDIA GeForce 442.74 WHQL driver available for download, packs bug fixes for Doom Eternal & RDR2
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/nvidia-geforce-442-74-whql-driver-available-for-download-features-bug-fixes-for-doom-eternal-rdr2/
NVIDIA has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to its description, the NVIDIA GeForce 442.74 WHQL driver provides the latest performance optimizations, profiles, and bug fixes for DOOM Eternal. Furthermore, this driver fixes a black screen after switching windows with alt+tab in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Now while this is a Game Ready driver for Doom Eternal, the game still suffers from some issues. For instance, players can experience corruption issues in the game upon opening the Steam overlay. Players can also encounter error issues while capturing Super Resolution (AI Upres) Image with Ansel. Not only that, but there can be frame rate drops when using the Steam in-game FPS counter, so avoid it. Lastly, the game flickers when OS HDR is set to OFF and in-game HDR is set to ON.
Moreover, Call of Duty: Warzone still suffers from some bugs and issues. For example, Freestyle does not work in Windows 10. In addition, the game may display white flashes when player approaches a wall in Windows 10.
