If it works as well as the Spanish-English version, you'll still have to use your imagination to fully understand it.

The translation works good enough, probably because German and English are both "West Germanic" languages with the same roots.

You should at least get the jizz gist of the articles.

The Radeon 290X with it's fanspeed throttle removed is able to be roughly on par with the 390X.
Which in turn isn't that much different from the RX 480. (In-fact the 390X sometimes beats the RX 480.)

Overclock the RX 480 and you have an RX 580...

So without a doubt, if anyone who bought a 290X back in 2013... They would have been extremely happy with that purchase considering how well an unlocked 290X GPU performs against "todays" RX 580.

AMD has just stagnated for way to long.

Where the newer AMD GPU's pull ahead is obviously with power consumption.

They deserve their dropping marketshare in the GPU market. Let's be honest about it.
Hopefully they can turn it around in due time with their Next-Gen Architecture. (Aka. After Navi.)

Final Fantasy XV has sold 8.1 million copies worldwide
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/final-fantasy-xv-has-sold-8-1-million-copies-worldwide/
Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy XV has sold 8.1 million copies worldwide. According to the company, this figure includes both retail shipments and digital sales, and includes all platforms.
Unfortunately the publisher did not reveal any sales per platform details, so we don’t know how much the PC version sold. According to SteamSpy, Final Fantasy XV’s userbase is between 500K and 1 million, so we can assume that the game has not hit the one million milestone on the PC yet.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Definitive Experience is dirt cheap right now
https://www.pcgamer.com/metal-gear-solid-5-the-definitive-experience-is-dirt-cheap-right-now/
Though objectively not nearly as good as Metal Gear Solid 2 or 3 (fight me), the fifth and final Kojima entry in the Metal Gear Solid series, The Phantom Pain, and its brief but excellent predecessor, Ground Zeroes, are cracking games. Right now, they’re also extremely cheap.
Metal Gear Solid 5: The Definitive Experience collects both games and more DLC than you could probably be bothered to buy individually in one package. If you want to traipse around Afghanistan in a tuxedo, that is absolutely your prerogative. Lamentably, D-Dog doesn’t get a matching tux.
The whole thing is normally £25, but you can get it for £5.37 on Fanatical at the moment. You'll get a Steam key, though there do appear to be some region restrictions.

Battlefield 5 real-time ray tracing effects exclusive to NVIDIA, devs will have to add support for AMD’s new GPUs
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/battlefield-5-real-time-ray-tracing-effects-exclusive-to-nvidia-devs-will-have-to-add-support-for-amds-new-gpus/
As we’ve stated numerous times, Battlefield 5 will be one of the first PC games that will support real-time ray tracing. However, and even though DICE will be using Microsoft’s DXR API, these effects will be optimized and exclusive to NVIDIA’s hardware.
What this basically means is that when AMD releases GPUs that can support real-time ray tracing via the DXR API, DICE will have to go back, re-tune these effects and add support for AMD’s graphics cards. And that’s because these ray tracing effects are currently dependent on NVIDIA’s hardware.

Fallout 4 mod adds dynamic lights that cast realistic dynamic shadows in exterior places
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/fallout-4-mod-adds-dynamic-lights-that-cast-realistic-dynamic-shadows-in-exterior-places/
Modder ‘raidenfrank’ has released a new mod for Fallout 4, aiming to overhaul the lights and shadows. This mod, titled Fallout4 Dynamic Lights and Shadows Overhaul, removes some orginal “fake” light sources, add more dynamic lights that cast more realistic dynamic shadows, resulting in more natural and realistic visuals.
Going into more details, this mod adds some dynamic light sources in some Exterior scenes (Quincy Ruins and Trinity Tower). Since these are Exterior places, the performance hit is said to be pretty big so we strongly suggest testing this mod only if you have a really powerful machine.

>>The mod is available from Nexus Mods.

First Two Point Hospital mod allows players to copy entire rooms/cabinets
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/first-two-point-hospital-mod-allows-players-to-copy-entire-rooms/
Two Point Hospital is an amazing spiritual successor to Theme Hospital, however it lacks a crucial mechanism and that is the ability to copy entire rooms (instead of creating them from the scratch). Well, good news everyone as the first mod for this medical simulator allows you to do this exact thing.
Created by modder ‘newman55’, this mod allows you to copy cabinets. All you have to do, once you’ve installed the mod (by extracting the archive and putting the mod folder into ‘Mods’ folder of the Game), is hover over the room and press “CTRL + C”. Do note, though, that this mod is not compatible with the 1.0.3 beta version of the game.
Newman55 has also released another mod for Two Point Hospital that will help you to assign staff to various jobs. Players will have to open the Job Assignment Menu and click on the toggle buttons. Right mouse click selects only one job whereas middle mouse click or left click + shift selects the jobs in accordance with the qualification of the staff. For the time being, this mod works only for doctors and nurses.
Those interested can download the Copy Room mod from here and the Job Assign Helper from here.

Skyrim mod Enderal has its own Steam page
https://www.pcgamer.com/skyrim-mod-enderal-has-its-own-steam-page/
Enderal is a total conversion mod for Skyrim by German team SureAI, released in English in 2016. It's a whole separate setting and storyline, keeping the familiar controls and physics but changing plenty of other things—adding experience points and removing fast travel, for instance.
Originally, it had to be downloaded from SureAI's servers and installed over the top of Skyrim, meaning that it was impossible to switch between Enderal and Skyrim without reinstalling. That's set to change now that Enderal has its own Steam page. As the mod makers put it, "Enderal will have a completely standalone game and save game directory, so that the installation will no longer interfere with your Skyrim directory. You will be able to have both games installed at the same time!"

He did, however, call out one aspect of it as a flaw: "Combat is unfortunately the least improved aspect of the sequel," he wrote, "despite still being a major focus of many challenges and cards."
That's set to change with the latest update, which developers Defiant are calling "Combat reforged".

When we do, we'll apparently unlock an 'Inventory' option early on in the game after resting at a base camp. Within, an 'Outfits' tab will let us tinker with Lara's aesthetic—with the following low poly Lara à la early PSOne Tomb Raider games as default.
