This is very sad as love Atlus. I guess Namco-Bandai as third party and then Sony as first party be my choices. I fear a THQ situation may develop where IPs are bought individually.

In all likely hood, Either Square-Enix or Namco Bandai will pick them up. However, Sony would make the best use of them and it is with Sony that they would prosper.

Either Square or Sony would make for the best outcome naturally, both of them have amazing track records for their recently acquired studios.

Someone who will let Atlus operate as they already do. If Atlus becomes first party, I would want it to be Sony. They need more presence back in Japan.

Ninty or Sony would be ok with me. I believe both companies would treat them right.

NISA would probably publish Atlus's games outside japan

I would go with Sony just because I think they need a strong JRPG presence/team..though wouldn't mind if Nintendo bought them as well

but their best bet would be namco...the only reason why I"m hesitant with them is their localisation effort..we missed mant tales games and that's their biggest franchise

I think that Nintendo might be the one to do it considering their close relationship with them. However, Sony could easily snatch this one up. I don't think Microsoft even cares about Atlus.

i think nintendo might buy them just to make sure shin magai tensei see's the light of day or at least the shin magai tensei IP rights
