I suppose this is an appropriate place for this.

DS4 is bigger than DS3 mainly due to fitting a decent size touch pad on.

DS4 looks like it will make FpS handling garbage..Did it really need a share button?.....And not sure where tough pad gaming is going...

Right, and you're the most bias unreasonable person when it comes to PS products. As I recall you from the "next big thing in gaming" thread where you called the PS Eye tech fake and I showed you a link proving you were wrong and you never commented back in the thread. Must've felt really dumb, eh?

And here you are downplaying the PS4's controller. Why am I not surprised?

Anyways, I look forward to trying the DS4 and Xbox One's controllers for myself, both look sexy.

That playroom techdemo is nothing but a gimmicky smoke and mirrors PR BS showing people what the touchpad, light bar and controller & speaker functions... it's not a real game and some of the features seem to require the PS Eye ...

And here is what I said in that thread.

"You also said that you were hyped for some Playroom demo  video from Sony which showed absolutely nothing concrete let alone anything near possible..."

Saying that nothing concrete was shown and doubting the possibility of doing certain things becuase the Playroom tech Demo is touted to a Dual Shock 4 Capability Demo and not mention if some of the things in the Demo require the PS Eye is not bashing the PS product it's just being realistic...Seriosly Sony puts the view of the guy sitting on the couch interacting the with the Playroom as if these were needed

So get real..You want to be hyped for the Playroom TechDemo go ahead...I am just not convinced....

And never mind that you started to down play kinect in your OP.....

As for me Down Playing the DS4...Nope again just being realistic..Dual Shock 3 was garbage for FPS games and DS4 looks worse...

The 360 contoller was garbage for FPS and anyother game for that mattter. See how that works.

I don't get your reference to a multiplatform game with Timed exclusive content...

What about Battlefield designer?

Bungie seems to like it fairly well.

Developers at Bungie said that they like it actually. I believe they said themselves that they helped design it and gave feedback as it was being made if I'm not mistaken.

Edit: And from what I have heard they are pretty good at making FPS games.

Controller war again? *sigh*
It will be personal preference like this gen. I don't see any advantage of DS4 in ergonomy and buttons but I think at least Sony improved the dual-shock after all these years.

Ditto. Was "Start. Share" a hard combination? I like the idea but a dedicated button is overkill.

Actually comparing side-by-side changes my opinion. That XB1 controller looks horrible. The DS4 is two pistol-grips joined at the hip. The XB1 is grabbing batarang-shaped brick. Not look comfy.

yes a button to a sub menu with more features than just Share would of been more probable...

The analog locations are a big impact...yet again the Dual Shock analog sticks are place side side making FPS gams akward in comparison the Xbox contorller..

That's true, but I feel like the general consensus of people who have used both controllers leans toward the 360 one being better.

The analog sticks beiing inline with each other is exacly what makes it more comfortable for anygame than having one stick higher than the other.

I like the d pad to be to the top left when it comes to my fighters.
