lol no.

Xbox controllers since 360 are just ergonomically superior.

Wait... You held and tried the DualShock 4 already?

I really like to know the battery life of the two controllers is hopefully its twice the length of the previous ones

might be for the ds4 but the xbox one pad apparently uses AA batteries again so no doubt you'll need to buy a rechargeable battery pack (why they cant just offer a rechargeable pack with the controller sepcially as wireless is commonplace), the ds3 could hold its charge for around 35 hours of gameplay before needing to be recharged, battery efficiency should be a lot better too.

Current PC build:

Asus Z97I-Plus, i5 4790K @ 4.6ghz, EVGA GTX 980 ACX 2.0 1377/1853/124%, Corsair Vengence Pro 2400mhz 2x 8192mb, Corsair RM850, Corsair H80i, 120GB OCZ Vertex 3 SSD, 750GB Seagate Momentus XT SSHD, 320GB Weston Digital HDD, Corsair 230T, Corsair K50 Raptor, HP XQ500AA mouse, Windows 10 Pro 64bit. iiyama Pro Lite G2773HS 120Hz 1Ms G2G gaming monitor.

Both the Wii U Gamepad and the One's controller seem better to me. I don't like having the analogs lower than the buttons and that's my only complaint about PS controllers.

I find it odd that the controller includes the colored light, which isn't really even useful since there is no camera anymore.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

Why aren't you controlling your games via telekinesis?

no camera included with the PS4, there is still a camera just that its sold seperately makes the PS4 even more affordable!

But if you don't have the camera, there is no way to turn the light off, which is a waste of battery.

in your opinion maybe but to most people a controller is a controller and they are as good as each other, there is no superiority.

Aside from the dpad, that seemed to be the general forum gamer consensus anyway. And it actually is better ergonomically.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

the light on the front of the controller is an LED which is low power use and im sure there will be an option within the system to disable the light anyway not that its going to rapidly drain the battery when its on.
